Recently purchased a set of 8 of these phones to modernize my workplace. The installation was easy enough, but the phones themselves leave much to be desired. Something as simple as transferring a phone call from one deskset to another is a complicated process that is so much of a hassle that my salesmen would rather get up and walk to the other side of the building to tell their colleague that there is a call on hold for them. This obviously negates the purpose of having a phone system, and costs my company valuable time and money.I purchased several of these to install with my Syn248 35010 office system. The system installed easily, and it was up and running within minutes. I am using an external paging system in my warehouse off of one phone. I recommend it for small business in rural areas where truly reliable VOIP is not available. We went from walking around with cordless phones looking for employees to paging or transferring calls to the appropriate location.Shipped as promise. Hooked up easily and works with the wireless head set!bad onesVery good quality phones.Very SatisfiedNice systemWe have 10 of these in our office.Good things: easy to hookup and use, customizable extension settings, interface to separate PA system for paging, POE capability, auto attendant, good price for these features, and once you get the hang of it, they are easy to setup and do ongoing configuration.Not-so-good things: no distinctive ringtone (it would be nice to have a different tone for intercom vs outside calls), no cordless handset option, could be more reliable (In 4 years we have had 2 units go bad requiring replacement. This was after at least 3 years in service)Because of the price, I like this system -- the good stuff at this price makes the deficiencies tolerable.
